Glass Galore: Vendor Information

The information below is to help vendors and/or sponsors prepare for the bead show.

Note: All vendors will need to submit a bead for the raffle drawings. Please submit a bead with a business card to the Admission table upon arrival. Thank you!

Booth Details & Guidelines
  • Booths will be assigned as payments are received. A booth map will be available at the show.
  • Vendors may arrive as early as 8:00 AM to begin setting up their booth.
  • Booths are roughly 8' x 10' in size and will contain one 8' x 2' table and two chairs.
  • Tables must be covered to the floor.
  • Vendors are committed to selling during the entire duration of the show; booths shall not be broken down prior to 4:00 PM.
  • Center aisle booth displays shall not exceed 5 feet (60 in) in height. Such displays are limited to wall/electric booths.
Additional Information & Tips
  • This year, the society will not be providing a continental breakfast during the show set up. Breakfast and coffee will be on your own. However, donations won't be turned away! :)
  • It is highly recommended that vendors pack several snacks to eat throughout the day along with a sack lunch. However, there is a snack bar located near the hockey rink where items can be purchased.
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
  • Wear comfortable shoes as you may be standing for long periods of time.
  • Be sure to keep sugar-free gum or mints handy.
Show Checklist
Use this handy list when packing for the show:

[ ] Booth display items (for hanging necklaces, earrings, etc.)
[ ] Mirror (for customers)

[ ] Sugar-free breath mints
[ ] Deodorant
[ ] Kleenex
[ ] Name tag
[ ] Cooler with beverages and snacks (especially water!)
[ ] Packaging materials
[ ] Jewelry tools & wire
[ ] Receipt book
[ ] Calculator
[ ] Extra batteries for calculator
[ ] Guestbook
[ ] Change (Typically $140 is sufficient; 20-$1, 40-$5, 40-$10, 40-$20)
[ ] Cash box
[ ] Credit card processing supplies
[ ] Pens
[ ] Business cards
[ ] Marketing materials
[ ] Inventory list
[ ] Price list
[ ] Trash container
[ ] Camera
[ ] Help (friend or family member)
