Glass Galore Online Registration Form

Show Details
Date: Saturday, October 16th, 2010
Time: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Where: Kirkwood community Center, 111 S. Geyer Road, Kirkwood, MO 63122

Vendors' sale items must include at least 75% glass, jewelry or supplies (i.e., loose beads, marbles, fusing, enamels, ornaments, finished jewelry, glass, tools, etc.)
SLLS members must be in good standing (renewal received by March 31st) to qualify for member booth discounts.
Booths will not be reserved until full payment is received.

Please complete the fields below (bold fields are required). Upon submitting, you'll be directed to a PayPal screen to complete an online transaction for your 2010 Glass Galore fees.

If you do not wish to register for the 2010 Glass Galore online, please download a show registration form (pdf) to complete and send payment via snail mail.

Booth Information

Booths are roughly 8 ft x 10 ft and will contain a table and two chairs. Booth spaces will be assigned as payments are received.
